Q: Why are there no prices on the menu?
 
Every event is different.  Appetites, expectations and needs differ from one event to another.  We would like to quote each event on an individual basis until we are comfortable with your specific needs and requirements to make all of your events a success.

Q: Do prices include plates, napkins, and eating utensils?
 
Yes.  We include heavyweight plates and utensils along with premium napkins.

Q:  Are serving utensils included?

No, but they can be provided for a minimal charge.  We do this to reduce cost because many offices already have these available.

Q: How much notice do I need to place an order?
 
We would like as much notice as possible, but generally 24 - 48 hours notice is sufficient for smaller events (under 100 people).  We realize that occasionally you do not have as much notice as you would like and we are here to help you in these times also!  We will do everything we can to accommodate short notice orders but your flexibility will greatly facilitate the organization in this event.

Q:  Is gratuity added? 

No, but it is always appreciated by our staff.  If you would prefer gratuity to be automatically added, please let us know and we can handle it for you.

Q:  Is there a delivery charge? 

Yes, based on the distance to the delivery.  The fee is $1.00 per mile from our facility to the drop off location, with a $10.00 minimum.  Our staff will not just drop your order off, but will accommodate all of your needs to setup your order.

Q:  Will the order be delivered at the specific time I ordered it for? 

All orders will be delivered and set-up prior to the serving time. Some orders may be delivered and set-up earlier depending on the menu so that quality is not jeopardized.  On higher volume days it is not possible to deliver all orders at exactly 11:30 or Noon.

Q: Is there a charge for cancellations?
 
If an order is cancelled less than 12 hours prior to event, there will be a 10% or $20.00 whichever is greater.

Q:  Do I need to be present to accept the order?
 
No, if payment has been arranged, the order can be delivered and set-up without your presence.

Q:  Are chaffing dishes included?

No, but we can provide wire or stainless steel chaffing dishes at an additional charge.

Q:  Can we provide items that are not on the menu?
 
Yes!  Special items that you would like to give to your client to make a special impression: flower arrangements, special gift, candy.  Just let us know!
